Spanish Speaking Assistant Teacher

Spark Montessori is an authentic Montessori school that seeks a Spanish speaking classroom assistant to support the lead teacher in managing our early childhood program. The assistant would speak Spanish to the children throughout the day to provide an immersive experience in learning a second language.

Key Candidate Skills and Attributes:

• Ability to seamlessly integrate into a classroom
• Openness to coaching by lead teachers or administration
• Track record of reliability and dependability
• Ability to work with all age groups and/or support daily school operations
• A passion for Montessori and/or working outdoors a plus

Credential Requirements:

• Prior experience working in Early Childhood Education a plus but not necessary
• Early Childhood Education credit hours a plus but not necessary
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• 3 written character references
• Medical examination with proof of TDap and MMR immunity

Compensation:
